The Harley-Davidson Street Rod was launched in India in March 2017 at ₹5,86,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi), making it the most affordable performance-oriented Harley-Davidson ever sold in the country. The price was subsequently adjusted during its two-year sales run, settling at ₹5,99,000 for the base variant and ₹6,53,000 for the top-end trim before Harley-Davidson discontinued the model in 2019.

Ex-showroom prices were uniform across most major Indian cities, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai. On-road prices varied by city based on road tax rates. In Delhi, the on-road price for the base variant worked out to approximately ₹6,70,000 - ₹6,80,000 including road tax, insurance, and registration. Metropolitan cities like Mumbai and Bangalore added state-specific road tax, pushing on-road costs to approximately ₹6,80,000 - ₹7,30,000 depending on the variant and insurance package chosen.

As of 2025, the Street Rod is no longer available as a new purchase through Harley-Davidson dealerships. The used market is the only avenue, with prices ranging from ₹2.5 lakh for high-mileage units in average condition to ₹4.5 lakh for low-mileage, well-maintained examples with full service history. Prices are highest in Delhi NCR and Mumbai where the H-D community is most active and buyers are willing to pay for documented bikes.

When budgeting for a used Street Rod, account for servicing costs that are significantly above the Japanese competition. A standard service at an authorised H-D centre typically runs between ₹4,000 - ₹8,000, and parts can take time to arrive if not in stock locally.
