Triumph Speed Twin 1200 Variants and Prices
The Speed Twin 1200 range has grown to four variants, and the gap between the cheapest and dearest is now Rs 7,15,200 - so this is a decision worth getting right.
Speed Twin 1200 - Rs 13,83,800. The standard bike, and for most buyers the sensible one. You get the full 103.5 bhp and 112 Nm engine, 43mm Marzocchi upside-down forks, twin Marzocchi rear shocks with adjustable preload, twin 320mm front discs with four-piston radial calipers, cornering ABS, lean-sensitive traction control, and Rain and Road riding modes. Nothing about the engine or the safety net is held back for the pricier variants.
Speed Twin 1200 RS - Rs 16,77,600. Rs 2,93,800 more buys chassis hardware rather than performance. Fully adjustable Marzocchi forks, fully adjustable Öhlins twin rear shocks, Brembo Stylema M4.30 front calipers with an adjustable master cylinder, grippier Metzeler Racetec RR K3 tyres, an up-and-down quickshifter, a third Sport riding mode, and sportier ergonomics with lower bars, rearset pegs and a 810mm seat.
Speed Twin 1200 Cafe Racer Edition - Rs 17,99,000. Launched in India on 22 May 2026 and capped at 800 units globally. Mechanically it is an RS: same Öhlins, same Brembos, same quickshifter. What you pay the extra Rs 1,21,400 for is the look - a dual-tone Competition Green and Aluminium Silver scheme with a colour-matched headlight cowl, clip-on handlebars and a quilted tan leather seat.
Speed Twin 1200 TFC - Rs 20,99,000. The Triumph Factory Custom flagship, launched on 15 July 2026 and limited to 750 individually numbered units worldwide. Öhlins suspension, Brembo Stylema M4.30 calipers with an adjustable MCS lever, Akrapovič titanium silencers with carbon fibre end caps, carbon fibre mudguards, side panels and heel plates, clip-ons, rearset pegs, a hand-stitched seat, and an exclusive Obsidian Gold finish. It is 2 kg lighter than the RS at 214 kg.

The honest recommendation is the standard Rs 13,83,800 bike. The engine, the electronics and the brakes are the same, and on Indian road surfaces the fully adjustable Öhlins and Racetec tyres on the RS deliver a benefit you will rarely be able to use - that Rs 2,93,800 buys a lot of fuel, tyres and servicing instead. The quickshifter is the one RS feature genuinely worth wanting day to day. The two limited editions are collector purchases: both are mechanically identical to the RS, so you are paying Rs 1.21 lakh or Rs 4.21 lakh for paint, carbon fibre, an exhaust and exclusivity. If that is what you want, buy it with clear eyes - and note that Triumph has not disclosed how many Cafe Racer or TFC units are coming to India.
