The KTM RC 390 is available in four colour options across its two variants, each designed to reflect the brand's motorsport DNA.
Orange (Standard variant) The signature KTM orange is instantly recognisable and is the most popular choice for RC 390 buyers. The 2024 bodywork - inspired by KTM's RC 8C - looks especially striking in orange, with the black fairing accents and orange wheels creating a cohesive, aggressive look. If resale value matters to you, orange KTMs traditionally hold value better in the used bike market.
Blue (Standard variant) A deep, metallic blue that photographs beautifully and looks more understated than the orange. If you want a sportsbike that doesn't immediately scream for attention in every parking lot, the blue is the quieter choice - though it's still a full-fairing sportsbike, so subtlety only goes so far.
GP Edition Blue (GP Edition variant) Drawing direct inspiration from KTM's MotoGP livery, this is a white-based multi-colour scheme with blue and orange accents. It's the most visually complex paint on the lineup and looks genuinely spectacular in person. Popular with younger buyers who want the race-team aesthetic.
GP Edition Orange (GP Edition variant) A vibrant, multi-tone orange scheme again referencing the race paddock. More saturated and detailed than the Standard orange - if you want the sharpest-looking RC 390 in the lineup, this is it, though you'll pay Rs 47,000 more for the privilege.

All four colour options share the same mechanicals - your choice here is purely aesthetic. For everyday use, the Standard Orange is the practical pick: easier to find touch-up paint, more common in dealership stock, and typically quicker to deliver. The GP Edition colours involve a longer wait at some dealerships due to lower allocation. Whichever you choose, a good ceramic coat applied early will keep the fairing looking fresh despite the inevitable exposure to Indian road grime.
