The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure X has a design that communicates purpose without unnecessary flourish. The front end centres around a twin-projector LED headlight flanked by integrated DRLs - and this headlight is genuinely one of the best in the segment for night illumination. Below it, an angular beak-style lower fairing gives the bike ADV character while channelling airflow to the engine.

From the front, the wide handlebar stance and upright riding position are immediately obvious - this is a bike designed for covering distance, not carving corners. The tall windscreen provides meaningful protection from highway wind blast at speeds above 100 kmph.

The side profile reveals the exposed steel trellis frame - a KTM signature - along with the tall, narrow waist that makes the 825mm seat height less intimidating than the number suggests. The WP Apex USD forks dominate the front end visually, lending premium cues despite being non-adjustable on this variant. The 19-inch front wheel gives the bike an upright posture.

The cockpit is clean and purposeful. The 5-inch colour TFT sits centrally in a compact pod. Switchgear on both sides is typical KTM - tactile, logically placed, and weatherproof. The narrow seat at the front tapers for better ground reach; it broadens toward the rear for passenger comfort on tours.

The alloy wheels are trim and neat - cast rather than spoked, which gives a clean look but sacrifices the off-road tubeless advantage of the standard 390 Adventure's wire-spoke wheels. The rear end is clean and uncluttered, with an LED tail lamp and a grab rail that doubles as a pannier attachment point.
