Kawasaki Ninja 650 Variants and Ex-Showroom Prices (2026)
For 2026, Kawasaki India sells the Ninja 650 in a single variant at Rs 7.91 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi). There are no trim levels to choose from - every bike comes fully loaded with the complete electronics package including dual-channel ABS, KTRC traction control, TFT dash, and Bluetooth connectivity as standard.
The 2026 model is a carry-over from 2025 with one change: a new Lime Green colour scheme. The 2025 model was priced at Rs 7.77 lakh and is being cleared at dealers with discounts of up to Rs 20,000 where stock persists - making it worth asking your dealer about remaining 2025 units if you're buying now.
Kawasaki previously sold a KRT (Kawasaki Racing Team) Edition at a Rs 11,000 premium over the standard model, featuring race-replica green-and-black graphics. The KRT Edition has been discontinued for the 2026 model year.
On-road prices vary significantly by state due to RTO charges. Delhi on-road is approximately Rs 8.92 lakh, while Mumbai buyers pay close to Rs 9.87 lakh. Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai fall in the Rs 9.23-9.71 lakh range on-road.
For most buyers, the single-variant strategy keeps the purchase decision simple. There's no fear of missing out on a feature - you get the full package or you look elsewhere.

At Rs 7.91 lakh, the Ninja 650 is positioned well below the Honda CBR650R (approximately Rs 11.14 lakh) and slightly below the Triumph Trident 660 (approximately Rs 8.99 lakh). The price gap over the Trident is smaller than it seems once you account for insurance and accessories. Ask your dealer about extended warranty packages - Kawasaki offers up to 3 years, which is worth considering given that major service intervals are at 15,000 km.
