TVS Ntorq 150 Full Specifications and Features
The TVS Ntorq 150 is powered by a 149.7cc, single-cylinder, 3-valve, air-cooled engine that produces 13.2 PS at 7,000 rpm and 14.2 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. Those numbers might not look dramatic on paper, but the 115 kg kerb weight means the power-to-weight ratio translates into a genuine 0-60 kmph sprint of 6.3 seconds and a tested top speed of 104 kmph - fast enough for any urban expressway or an occasional highway run.
The engine is BS6 Phase 2B compliant and TVS claims an ARAI mileage of 40 kmpl. Real-world numbers from owners range from 35 to over 52 kmpl depending on riding style, with most city riders reporting 38-42 kmpl under mixed conditions.
For braking, the Ntorq 150 uses a front disc brake paired with a rear drum, backed by single-channel ABS. The setup works confidently in everyday riding. TVS also adds switchable traction control - a genuine first for this price segment - along with two ride modes: Street and Race. Street mode softens throttle response for city use; Race mode sharpens it for spirited riding.
Dimensions are scooter-friendly: a 770 mm seat height works for riders from around 5'4" upwards, and the 5.8-litre fuel tank gives a real-world range of roughly 220-230 km between fills. The underseat storage offers 22 litres - enough for a half-helmet and a small bag. Ground clearance stands at 155 mm, which is adequate for most city roads.
Suspension uses telescopic forks with hydraulic dampers at the front and a coil spring with hydraulic damper at the rear. The tuning is firm to suit sporty riding. Tyres are 100/80 R12 at the front and 110/80 R12 at the rear, both tubeless on alloy wheels.
The base STD variant gets a Hybrid TFT console with Bluetooth, navigation alerts, music controls, phone call notifications, and a USB-A charging port. The TFT variant upgrades to a full 5-inch colour screen (the same unit used in the Apache RTR 310) and adds Alexa integration, geo-fencing, SoS crash alerts, live tracking, and smartwatch connectivity.

Compared to its direct rivals, the Ntorq 150 is the only 150cc+ scooter in India to combine traction control, dual ride modes, and a sub-Rs 1.25 lakh on-road price in most cities. The Yamaha Aerox 155 and Hero Xoom 160 both use liquid-cooled engines and offer keyless ignition, but neither matches the Ntorq's feature density at its price point. For a buyer who prioritises performance hardware and connected tech over refinement and comfort, the Ntorq 150 spec sheet is difficult to argue with.
