Kawasaki Z1100 Colour Options in India 2026
Kawasaki India offers the Z1100 in a single colour at launch: Ebony/Metallic Carbon Gray. It is a two-tone finish combining a deep, near-black ebony on the fuel tank and frame panels with a metallic carbon gray on the engine covers, side fairings, and exhaust heat shield. The combination reads as dark and purposeful - fitting for a motorcycle whose design language Kawasaki calls "Sugomi," the Japanese aesthetic concept of controlled aggression.
The finish quality is consistent with Kawasaki's premium CBU products. The metallic flake in the gray panels catches light at different angles and avoids the flat, plastic look that can plague single-colour configurations. Riders who have seen the bike in person consistently note that photos undersell the depth of the paint - especially under showroom LED lighting.
Globally, Kawasaki offers the Z1100 in additional options including a Candy Lime Green - the brand's signature racing colour worn by the Ninja H2 and ZX-10R - but this was not offered in India at launch. Whether Kawasaki India will introduce additional colours in the 2027 model year remains unconfirmed.
For buyers who want more visual distinction, Kawasaki's genuine accessories catalogue and the wider aftermarket (tank wraps, frame vinyl overlays, coloured rim tape) offer ways to personalise the bike without voiding the warranty on the mechanical components.

Kawasaki Z1100 finished in Ebony Metallic Carbon Gray.
If you are buying the Z1100 primarily for its looks, be aware that the Ebony/Metallic Carbon Gray is a colour that demands minimal maintenance to look its best - dark finishes show dust and water spots less than white or silver, but scratches and swirl marks are more visible in direct sunlight. A quality ceramic coat or PPF (paint protection film) at the time of delivery is worth considering given the bike's premium price point.
