The Honda Dio 125 carries a design that has been iteratively refined since the Dio nameplate first appeared in 2002. The 125 cc version launched in 2023 brought sharper, more aggressive bodywork compared to the older 110 cc Dio - with a prominent front apron, angular headlight housing, and a sport-oriented overall stance.

From the front, the LED headlight assembly is clean and modern. The passing switch is integrated into the headlamp assembly itself, a thoughtful design detail. The body panels have sharp character lines that catch light well, particularly on the pearl and metallic finishes.

The side profile shows off the scooter's split-seat design and the step between rider and pillion areas - a classic sportbike-inspired touch on a scooter. The alloy wheels are 12-inch up front and 10-inch at the rear; the X-Edition's orange-painted version of these wheels is one of the Dio 125's most eye-catching features.

From the rear, the LED tail lamp cluster is compact and stylish. The H-Smart variant's keyless ignition neatly eliminates the traditional key barrel, giving the apron a cleaner look.

The instrument cluster on the STD and X-Edition is a standard digital LCD unit. On the H-Smart it's a 4.2-inch TFT colour display - bright in daylight and well-organised - showing speed, fuel level, connectivity status, and navigation prompts.
