Karizma XMR Specifications

The Hero Karizma XMR is powered by a 210cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC engine - a Hero first when it launched in 2023. The engine produces 25.5 PS at 9,250 rpm and 20.4 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm, making it the most powerful motorcycle in the 200-210cc segment in India. It pairs with a 6-speed manual gearbox with a wet-type slip-and-assist clutch, which makes the lever pull light and prevents wheel hop during aggressive downshifts.

Hero claims an ARAI-certified mileage of 41.55 kmpl. Real-world city mileage from owners typically comes in at 33-37 kmpl, while highway riding at sustained speeds yields 38-42 kmpl. The 11-litre fuel tank (2.2 litres reserve) gives you a practical range of around 380-420 km on a full tank.

The 2025 variants both get a 37mm diameter gold-coloured USD inverted front fork - a significant upgrade from the old telescopic unit. Rear suspension is a 6-step preload-adjustable gas-charged monoshock. Braking is handled by a 300mm front petal disc with a 2-piston caliper and a 230mm rear petal disc, backed by dual-channel ABS.

The cockpit is anchored by a 4.2-inch TFT colour display with Bluetooth smartphone connectivity. It supports turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, music track info, and battery status. An LED projector headlamp with an adjustable windscreen complete the semi-fairing setup.

Key dimensions: kerb weight is 163.5 kg, seat height is 810 mm, ground clearance is 160 mm, and wheelbase is 1,351 mm. The chassis uses a double-downtube frame with a 100/80-17 front tyre and a 140/70-17 rear tyre on alloy wheels with tubeless rubber.
