Hero Karizma XMR Colour Options: Which One Should You Pick?
The Hero Karizma XMR is available in four colours in 2025, each giving the bike a distinctly different character despite sharing the same semi-faired silhouette.
Combat Grey (Combat Edition only) The darkest and most aggressive option. The matte grey base with black accents and gold USD fork creates a stealthy, combat-ready look. Exclusive to the Combat Edition variant - you cannot get this colour on the Top trim. Fingerprint-resistant and low-maintenance in daily use compared to gloss finishes.
Phantom Black (Top variant) A deep gloss black that emphasises the Karizma XMR's sharp lines. The black-on-black theme makes the bike look leaner and more menacing. A safe choice for riders who want a classic, always-in-style look that does not date quickly. Popular in metro cities where bold colours attract too much attention.
Turbo Red (Top variant) The most traditional sports bike colour - a vibrant red that makes the most of the Karizma's aggressive fairing lines. The red contrasts well with the black chassis and gold USD fork on the Top variant. A strong resale choice since red sports bikes tend to be in demand in the used market.
Iconic Yellow (Top variant) The most head-turning choice. Hero chose yellow as the hero colour for the Karizma XMR launch, and for good reason - it looks genuinely striking in person. The yellow-and-black combination echoes the Karizma's racing heritage and stands out even in heavy traffic.
All four colours use the same graphics, fairing design, and component finish - the only visual differences are the base paint and the graphic decals.

For resale value, Turbo Red and Iconic Yellow typically hold better in the second-hand market since they are more recognisable as the Karizma XMR. Phantom Black blends into the crowd but never goes out of style. Combat Grey is the boldest choice but limited to the Combat Edition - worth the Rs 1,750 premium if you specifically want that look. Avoid choosing a colour purely based on what looks best in photos - visit a showroom and see the actual paint in natural light before deciding.
