Ducati Monster Variants and Price List India 2025
The Ducati Monster comes in three variants in India, each targeting a different type of rider:
Monster Standard - Rs 13,84,000 The entry point into Monster ownership gives you everything essential: the 937cc Testastretta L-twin, full electronics suite, Brembo brakes, cornering ABS, quickshifter, 3 riding modes, and the 4.3-inch TFT dash. Nothing is missing here for most riders. Available in Ducati Red and Dark Stealth.
Monster Plus - Rs 14,05,344 The Plus adds a fly screen (for slightly better wind protection at highway speeds) and a pillion seat cowl for the solo rider aesthetic. The mechanical package is identical to the Standard. A Rs 21,000 premium for cosmetic upgrades - sensible if you ride solo regularly or prioritise the cleaner look. Available in Ducati Red, Dark Stealth, and Aviator Grey.
Monster SP - Rs 17,04,580 The SP (Sport Performance) is a different machine in character. It adds fully adjustable Öhlins suspension front and rear (an upgrade worth the price alone), a steering damper, a fly screen, the Termignoni racing exhaust (road-legal), and MotoGP-inspired livery. The exhaust transforms the soundtrack completely - the Monster SP sounds like a race bike. The SP is for riders who track the bike occasionally or want the sharpest street setup.
All variants are available in 7 colour options across the range.

For most buyers, the Monster Standard is the clear choice - the SP's Öhlins suspension is genuinely excellent but adds Rs 3.2 lakh over Standard, which is a steep premium unless you're doing track days. The Plus is harder to justify unless the fly screen matters to your commuting comfort. If budget allows only one upgrade, choose the SP for its fully adjustable suspension and the Termignoni exhaust alone - they transform what is already an excellent motorcycle into something truly special.
