2026 Ducati Monster - New Engine Globally Ducati has launched the 2026 Monster internationally with a new 890cc V-twin engine shared with the Panigale V2, producing 111 PS and 91.1 Nm. The 2026 model is 4 kg lighter at 175 kg, gets a 5-inch TFT, new Showa USD fork, Brembo M4.32 calipers, and four riding modes (including a Wet mode). It's available in two variants: Monster and Monster Plus. India launch is expected mid-2026 at an estimated Rs 13-14 lakh.
Current MY24 Monster - Limited Period Pricing Ducati India ran a limited-period offer bringing the Monster to Rs 10.99 lakh earlier in its lifecycle. The current Standard variant at Rs 13.84 lakh represents the normalised pricing. Ducati is currently offering a free extended warranty and Roadside Assistance (RSA) package on select variants - check with your nearest dealership for current offers.
Price Revision Expected A price hike of up to 5% is anticipated post-June 2026 across the Ducati India lineup. The Monster is expected to be included. Buyers considering the current 937cc model should factor this into timing their purchase.

Ducati India has announced a price hike of up to 5% across select motorcycle models effective June 1, 2026, citing increased operational costs driven by inflation and rising commodity prices. The Ducati Monster Standard, currently priced at Rs 13,84,000 ex-showroom, could see an increase of approximately Rs 69,000-70,000 after the revision.
Ducati India has confirmed that the all-new Monster V2 (890cc), along with the Hypermotard V2 and DesertX V2, will be launched in India in 2026, with the Monster V2 expected in Q3 2026. The new Monster V2 uses the 890cc V-twin engine shared with the Panigale V2, producing 111 PS and 91.1 Nm, and is 4 kg lighter than the outgoing 937cc model at 175 kg.
Ducati India is currently offering a free 2-year extended warranty and 2-year roadside assistance (RSA) package on the Ducati Monster, effectively reducing first-year ownership costs for buyers of the current MY24 937cc model. This offer is available at authorised Ducati dealerships across India while stocks last.
The Monster SP remains Ducati's performance halo for the naked segment in India. With the 2026 model arriving globally, current MY24/MY25 inventory is likely to see additional offers and clearance pricing.
