CFMoto 650NK Variants and Prices in India
The CFMoto 650NK was offered in a single Standard variant throughout its India lifecycle - no Special Edition, no Sport, no stripped-down base trim. At Rs 4,29,000 ex-showroom (BS6 launch price, June 2021), that one variant came comprehensively equipped: full-LED lighting, a fully-digital instrument cluster, Bosch dual-channel ABS, twin front discs, and alloy wheels with tubeless tyres. CFMoto's approach was to offer a well-equipped single specification at a disruptive price rather than creating a tiered range.
The BS4 predecessor launched in July 2019 at Rs 3,99,000 - Rs 30,000 less than the BS6 version but with slightly higher peak power (61 PS vs 56 PS) due to less restrictive emission requirements. The BS4 version was discontinued in April 2020 ahead of the nationwide BS6 transition.
The BS6 version was available in two colour options - Grey and Blue - with no premium charged for either. Both were single-tone schemes.
For the used market in 2026: clean BS6 examples with documented service history at authorised dealerships are available at Rs 2.5-3.5 lakh depending on mileage and condition. BS4 examples (2019-2020) are available at Rs 1.5-2.5 lakh but prospective buyers should be aware that BS4 bikes are increasingly penalised in re-registration and older spare parts supply chains.

The single-variant approach was a reasonable decision for a brand entering India with minimal dealership presence. It simplified inventory and reduced complexity for service technicians unfamiliar with the platform. The equipment level justified the price - at Rs 4.29 lakh, the 650NK came with hardware typically found on bikes Rs 1.5-2 lakh more expensive from Japanese rivals. The absence of variant choice was not a meaningful drawback given the price positioning.
