M 1000 RR Ex-Showroom Price

The BMW M 1000 RR was discontinued in India in October 2025. The Competition variant's Delhi on-road price was approximately Rs 60.38 lakh - confirmed by dealer records at the time of sale.

The M 1000 RR was sold in India as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) from Germany, attracting India's full import duty structure of 60% basic customs duty plus applicable GST and cess. This duty structure was the single biggest factor behind the Rs 49 lakh India price relative to the bike's European price of approximately €32,000 (roughly Rs 28 lakh at prevailing exchange rates). The Rs 20+ lakh gap between European and Indian pricing was the most-discussed consumer pain point throughout the M 1000 RR's India sales life.

For used market buyers in 2026: clean Standard examples are trading in the Rs 35-45 lakh range depending on mileage and whether service history is documented at BMW Motorrad. Competition examples with intact carbon pack command Rs 3-5 lakh more. These are among the most expensive second-hand motorcycles in India, and buyers should insist on a BMW Motorrad inspection report before purchase.
