Yezdi Roadster Variants: Which One to Buy?
The Yezdi Roadster 2025 is available in six variants, all sharing the same 334cc Alpha 2 engine and mechanical specification. Differences between variants are primarily cosmetic - colour, finish, and in the case of the top-spec Red Wolf, a distinctive factory-fitted touring package.
Shark Skin Blue - Rs 1,96,950 (ex-showroom) The most affordable entry point alongside Smoke Grey. A deep metallic blue with near-gunmetal undertones - photographs sharply and hides dust well between washes. Ideal for riders who want a classic, no-fuss daily appearance.
Smoke Grey - Rs 1,96,950 (ex-showroom) Identically priced to Shark Skin Blue. A matte-leaning grey that suits the café-racer crowd and requires minimal maintenance to keep looking clean. One of the two best-selling variants in most dealerships.
Bloodrush Maroon - Rs 2,00,018 (ex-showroom) A rich, deep crimson that nods to the classic Indian roadster palette of the '70s and '80s. The most 'retro' of all six shades and particularly striking in direct sunlight. Just Rs 3,000 over base.
Savage Green - Rs 2,04,628 (ex-showroom) An earthy olive-green that's unusual for this segment. Looks exceptional with brown seat accents and pairs naturally with the Red Wolf trim aesthetic. Popular with riders who want something visually uncommon.
Red Wolf - Rs 2,09,950 (ex-showroom) The standout special edition, launched March 2026. Factory-fitted with a quilted brown leather seat, touring windshield, cushioned pillion backrest, and extensive chrome detailing. Buying these accessories separately would cost Rs 8,000-12,000 extra - the premium over base is well justified for touring-oriented riders.
Shadow Black - Rs 2,10,950 (ex-showroom) Blacked-out engine covers, exhausts, and alloy wheels make this the most aggressive-looking standard variant. The range-topper at Rs 2.11 lakh for riders who prefer a stealthy, stripped-back aesthetic.

For budget buyers: the Shark Skin Blue and Smoke Grey offer full mechanical specification at the entry price - there is no spec penalty for choosing base. For feature-focused riders: the Red Wolf at Rs 2.09 lakh is outstanding value given the touring accessories bundled in from the factory. Our everyday recommendation is the Bloodrush Maroon - it captures the Roadster's retro identity at a price that keeps the on-road total under Rs 2.40 lakh in most cities.
