TVS XL 100 Heavy Duty Variants & Ex-Showroom Price - Which One to Buy?
The 2026 TVS XL 100 Heavy Duty lineup offers four variants, each adding features over the base model while sharing the same 99.7cc BS6 engine and core utility platform.
XL 100 Heavy Duty Kick Start - Rs 46,305 The entry point into the range. Gets the reliable kick-start mechanism, ETFi fuel injection, Synchronized Braking Technology, and the detachable rear seat. Available in Black, Blue, and Green. This is the choice for buyers who want the lowest possible acquisition cost and aren't bothered by a self-start.
XL 100 Heavy Duty i-Touch Start - Rs 57,298 Adds TVS's i-TOUCHstart, a whisper-quiet electric starter that costs Rs 10,993 over the base. Also includes a USB charging port for keeping phones topped up during long work days. Comes in five colour options. This is the sweet-spot variant for most buyers - the convenience of self-start pays off daily.
XL 100 Heavy Duty Winner Edition - Rs 60,440 A special edition with unique graphics and color combinations. Mechanically identical to the i-Touch Start, the Rs 3,142 premium is purely for aesthetics. Available in two exclusive shades.
XL 100 Heavy Duty Alloy Wheel - Rs 62,033 The range-topper. Swaps spoke wheels for 16-inch alloy wheels, adds an LED headlamp (replacing halogen), and retains the i-TOUCHstart and USB port. At Rs 15,728 over the base, it's the most feature-rich Heavy Duty variant - a good pick if you want the XL to look the part while still doing the hard work.

For most buyers, the i-Touch Start at Rs 57,298 is the right choice. The self-start convenience is worth the Rs 10,993 premium over a lifetime of daily use, and the USB charging port is genuinely useful. The Alloy Wheel variant makes sense if you're on better roads and want a sharper look - the LED headlamp is a real upgrade for early morning or late evening riders. Skip the Winner Edition unless you're drawn to its specific colour options. Note that all prices are ex-showroom Delhi; on-road prices vary by city due to RTO and insurance differences.
