TVS XL 100 Heavy Duty News & Updates - Price Hike, New Variants & More
2026 Price Hike - January 2026 TVS Motor Company revised prices across the XL 100 range in early 2026. All Heavy Duty variants saw an increase of Rs 400, with the exception of the Comfort i-Touchstart which went up by Rs 350. The kick-start base variant now starts at Rs 46,305, up from Rs 45,905. TVS attributed the hike to input cost adjustments.
Alloy Wheel Variant Launch TVS launched the XL100 Heavy Duty Alloy Wheel variant at Rs 59,800 (ex-showroom at the time of launch), bringing spoke-free 16-inch alloy wheels, an LED headlamp, and USB charging to the XL 100 lineup for the first time. The variant has since seen a minor price revision to Rs 62,033 in 2026.
BS6 Phase 2 Compliance All XL 100 variants were updated to comply with BS6 Phase 2 (OBD2) norms, adding an onboard diagnostics system that improves emission monitoring. The ETFi (EcoThrust Fuel Injection) technology was central to this transition, improving both compliance and fuel efficiency by approximately 15% over the older carburettor models.
Winner Edition Introduction TVS added the Winner Edition as a special variant to cater to buyers who want distinctive looks without paying for the full Alloy Wheel package. It shares the i-Touch Start's mechanical spec but gets unique colour options and graphics.

TVS Motor published a 2026 feature highlight for the XL 100 HD Alloy variant, confirming tubeless tyres, front telescopic suspension, hi-grip textured seat, and improved tail lamp alongside the existing 16-inch alloy wheels and LED headlamp. On-road price in Delhi stands at Rs 74,513.
TVS Motor Company hiked prices of the entire XL 100 range in February 2026, with all Heavy Duty variants (Kick Start, i-Touch Start, Winner Edition, Alloy Wheel) seeing an increase of Rs 400 each. The base Heavy Duty Kick Start now starts at Rs 44,550 ex-showroom.
