The KTM 250 Duke has always leaned into an aggressive, minimalist streetfighter aesthetic, and the current Gen-3 design - in place since September 2023 - sharpens that further. The signature orange trellis frame remains fully exposed - KTM treats it as a design feature rather than something to hide - flanked by angular bodywork and a compact tail section.

Up front, a sharp-edged LED headlight cluster sits low and wide, giving the Duke a distinctly predatory face compared to the rounder, more retro styling of rivals like the Triumph Speed 400. The 5-inch TFT dashboard sits behind a minimal cockpit, angled toward the rider and finished with a compact switch cube for menu navigation.

Side-on, the WP upside-down forks and the short rear subframe emphasise the naked's stripped-down, no-bodywork philosophy. The 320mm front disc and 4-piston radial caliper are clearly visible through the wheel spokes - a deliberate styling choice that signals the bike's performance intent. The underslung exhaust keeps the tail visually light and reinforces the streetfighter silhouette.

Across all three colours - Ebony Black, Silver Metallic, and Slate Grey - the orange frame and wheel accents remain a consistent visual signature, tying the 250 Duke to KTM's broader Duke family design language shared with the 200 and 390.
