The 2026 KTM 390 Adventure is sold in India in a single Standard variant at Rs 2,81,120 (ex-showroom, Delhi). This is the entry point into the broader KTM 390 Adventure family, which spans four variants across two engine sizes.

The Standard is the only variant with the 349cc motor. All other variants use the larger 399cc unit (45.3 bhp, 39 Nm). The 349cc pricing is possible because the smaller engine sits in the 18% GST bracket - a Rs 60,000 saving passed on to the buyer.
What the Standard includes Do not mistake value pricing for a stripped spec. The Standard ships with the full electronics suite: cornering ABS with off-road mode, cornering traction control, cruise control, bidirectional quickshifter, three riding modes, and a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth. You also get 19/17-inch tubeless spoke wheels - the same adventure-ready setup as the more expensive variants.
What you give up vs. the R The 390 Adventure R (Rs 3,77,915) gets the 399cc motor with ~4.5 PS more power, WP Apex suspension with 230 mm travel, 21/18-inch wheels, and 270 mm ground clearance (42 mm more than Standard). If you do serious trail riding or loaded Himalayan touring, the R justifies its premium.
Who should buy what Choose the Standard if you spend most of your time on tarmac and want maximum feature count per rupee. Step up to the X for the larger engine without the R's hardcore off-road focus. Go with the R if you plan regular trail work or loaded touring on rough terrain.

On-road prices, which add RTO charges, insurance, and dealer fees, run from approximately Rs 3,16,000 to Rs 3,65,000 depending on your city. KTM's official accessories catalogue includes engine guards, tank bags, crash protection bars, and seat cowls - budget an additional Rs 8,000-25,000 if you want a fully kitted touring setup.
