The 2025 Honda Activa 125 carries a design evolution rather than a revolution from its predecessor. The front apron has been reworked with a boxier, more squared-off LED headlight flanked by a chrome accent strip - a detail that lifts the visual premium feel over the older round headlight design. The side profile remains the familiar Activa silhouette: compact, flat-floorboard layout with a stepped seat that tapers cleanly toward the tail.

From the rear, the redesigned LED tail lamp integrates neatly into the body panel, and the exhaust muffler cover has a subtle chrome highlight. The alloy wheels - 12-inch at the front and 10-inch at the rear - are a size below what the TVS Jupiter 125 offers but look proportionate on the Activa's lighter 107 kg frame.

The H-Smart variant's 4.2-inch TFT instrument console is the most visually striking interior detail. The screen is bright enough to read in direct sunlight, with a clean layout showing speed, mileage, Bluetooth status, and trip data. The USB-C port sits just beneath the seat, next to a small hook for carry bags - a practical touch Honda has kept from earlier Activa generations.

Underseat storage accommodates a half-face helmet with room to spare, or a standard 600ml bottle plus documents - typical for the segment. The seat itself is 712 mm long and well padded, with a two-tone stitching detail on the H-Smart variant.
