Multistrada V4 Specifications

The heart of the Multistrada V4 is Ducati's 1158cc V4 Granturismo engine - an architecture shared with the Panigale superbike but retuned for broad-torque adventure touring. At 10,750 rpm it develops 170 PS of power; at 8,750 rpm it peaks at 125 Nm of torque. That torque is accessible across a wide band, which means third-gear roll-ons on Indian highways feel almost lazy in their ease.

The engine pairs with a 6-speed gearbox and Ducati's bidirectional quickshifter as standard - clutchless upshifts and downshifts that work seamlessly in both Sport and Touring modes. Rear cylinder deactivation shuts off the rear two cylinders at idle and very low speeds, reducing heat and improving city fuel efficiency.

Chassis specs complete the premium picture. The frame is an aluminium monocoque; suspension on the STD is non-adjustable Marzocchi USD forks front and Sachs rear monoshock. The S and above upgrade to Marzocchi Ducati Skyhook Suspension EVO - a semi-active system that continuously adjusts compression and rebound damping based on road surface and riding inputs. Ground clearance is 220 mm.

Braking comes from Brembo radial-mount 4-piston callipers on dual 330 mm discs front and a 2-piston calliper on a 265 mm disc rear, with cornering ABS via a Bosch 6-axis IMU. Tyre sizes are 120/70-ZR17 front and 190/55-ZR17 rear (STD/S); the Rally runs a 21-inch front for off-road capability.

The instrument console is a 6.5-inch TFT with smartphone connectivity, navigation, call and music handling. Riding modes: Sport, Touring, Urban, Wet, and Enduro. The Automatic Lowering Device (2026 update) drops the seat by up to 30 mm below 10 km/h and restores standard height above 50 km/h. Kerb weight is 229 kg, fuel tank 22 litres, ARAI mileage 15.4 kmpl.
