Benelli TRK 502X Specifications
The Benelli TRK 502X uses the same 499.6cc parallel-twin, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 8-valve fuel-injected BS6 engine as the TRK 502 - producing 47.5 PS @ 8500 rpm and 45 Nm @ 7000 rpm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The engine specification is identical between TRK 502 and TRK 502X; what differs is the chassis setup and wheel configuration.
Front suspension is 50mm USD forks with longer travel than the TRK 502, tuned for off-road compliance. Rear is a fully adjustable monoshock with increased travel. Ground clearance is approximately 220 mm - higher than the TRK 502's ~170 mm, providing better approach and departure angles on rough terrain.
Kerb weight is 240 kg. Seat height is 860 mm - 30 mm taller than the TRK 502. Fuel tank capacity is 20 litres.

The TRK 502X runs on spoked wheels: 19-inch front and 17-inch rear, fitted with knobby adventure-spec tyres (110/80-19 front, 150/70-17 rear). Spoked wheels absorb off-road vibration better than alloy wheels and allow the fitment of tube-type off-road tyres. Braking is dual 320mm front discs with dual-channel ABS and a 260mm rear disc. The ABS is switchable - deactivatable for off-road sections where controlled wheel slip is required.
