Yamaha Ray ZR 125 Colour Options 2026 - All Shades Explained
The Ray ZR 125 range spans eight colour options in 2026, split between shades available on Drum/Disc variants and exclusives reserved for the Street Rally.
Standard Drum & Disc colours:
- Metallic Black - The most practical and neutral choice; hides minor scuffs better than lighter shades and doesn't polarise opinions. Available on both Drum and Disc.
- Cyan Blue - A bright teal-leaning blue, one of the most eye-catching options in the range. Popular with younger buyers; the colour pops strongly in daylight.
- Silver White Cocktail - New for 2025, this premium silver-white finish looks cleaner than standard whites and photographs exceptionally well.
- Racing Blue - Disc-exclusive; a deeper, sportier blue than Cyan. Reads more grown-up and less flashy than the brighter options.
- Dark Matte Blue - Also Disc-exclusive. The matte finish delivers a premium feel but requires more care: matte surfaces scratch more visibly and don't respond well to standard polishes or cloth rubs.
Street Rally-exclusive colours:
- Cyber Green - Bold, near-neon green that pairs with the Street Rally cladding for maximum street presence. Divisive but unmistakable.
- Ice Fluo Vermillion - Vivid orange-red with high visibility and a strong off-road aesthetic. Very distinctive in traffic.
- Matte Grey Metallic - Added with the 2025 refresh. The most understated Street Rally option - toned down versus the Green and Vermillion while still carrying the full rugged body kit.

For a daily commuter that lives in office parking and apartment basements, Metallic Black or Silver White Cocktail are the easiest choices to live with - both hold up better against light contact and look composed across years of use. Cyan Blue and Racing Blue balance personality with practicality. If you're considering Dark Matte Blue, budget Rs 500-800 annually for specialist matte-finish detailing products; standard waxes and polishes will dull the finish over time. Street Rally colours are visually striking but remember: they're only available on the top Rs 89,760 variant. Resale-wise, all eight shades hold value reasonably well - bright or exclusive colours occasionally command a small premium in the used market.
