This is one of the meaningful updates for the 2026 model year - the previous year offered a different colour palette, and this grey-black-green combination is arguably the most purposeful-looking Versys 650 yet.

The grey panels carry a metallic flake that shifts in outdoor light - it reads as dark charcoal in shade but picks up depth and shimmer in sunlight. The Spark Black sections cover the frame and engine covers, and Kawasaki's signature lime green appears on the fairing accents, seat piping, and badging. It's a restrained look - understated compared to the more aggressive graphics you'll find on KTM or Triumph competitors, but it wears well and doesn't polarise.

For a touring bike, the colour is practical: the dark base hides road grime and bugs relatively well between washes, which matters if you're doing highway stretches across Gujarat or Rajasthan.
