Internationally, the Ninja 500 has been offered in Lime Green - Kawasaki's signature colour and a visual icon in the motorcycling world - as well as Metallic Spark Black. Neither of these has been offered in India as of 2026. This is likely a demand-estimation call on Kawasaki India's part, given the bike is a CBU import and colour-specific import planning requires advance commitment.

The 2025 model year update brought revised graphics on the same Metallic Carbon Grey base - not an additional colour, but a refreshed livery treatment. If colour variety is a high priority for you, monitor Kawasaki India's official channels between March and June each year, when new model year updates are typically announced.

Rivals like the Aprilia RS 457 (available in multiple colours including Lava Red) and KTM RC 390 give buyers more visual choice at the showroom, which is a legitimate edge in a segment where personal identity matters.

That said, the Metallic Carbon Grey is a genuinely premium finish. In direct sunlight, the metallic particles give the bodywork depth and texture. The colour pairs naturally with the bike's aggressive fairing lines, sharp LED headlamp cluster, and visible trellis frame sections. It reads as sophisticated rather than conservative, and it ages well across the bike's ownership cycle.
