Ducati Panigale V2 All Variants & On-Road Prices
The 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 is available in two variants in India. The decision between them is straightforward once you understand what changes.
Panigale V2 STD - Rs 19,11,900 (ex-showroom)
The base variant is no stripped-down compromise. You get the fully adjustable Marzocchi 43mm USD fork up front and a fully adjustable Kayaba rear monoshock - more adjustability than most rivals offer at this price. The electronics package is identical to the S: full 6-axis IMU, cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, slide control, engine brake control, bi-directional quickshifter, four riding modes, and the 5-inch TFT display. Brembo M50 monobloc calipers are standard. The only hardware difference is a conventional lead-acid battery.
Panigale V2 S - Rs 21,09,900 (ex-showroom)
The Rs 1,98,000 premium buys four meaningful upgrades. First, the suspension: Öhlins NIX30 front fork and Öhlins TTX36 rear monoshock replace the Marzocchi and Kayaba units, delivering noticeably better damping for track use and aggressive road riding. Second, a lithium-ion battery replaces the lead-acid unit, saving approximately 3 kg and improving starting reliability. Third and fourth: Ducati Power Launch (launch control) and a pit speed limiter - both essentially track-day tools.
The V2 S weighs 176 kg vs 179 kg for the standard, a 3 kg saving from the battery swap.
Which to buy? If you track your bike regularly, the Öhlins hardware and launch control make the S worth every rupee. For predominantly street use, the STD's Marzocchi/Kayaba setup is more than adequate - and the Rs 1.98 Lakh saving is better spent on tyres, gear, or a track-day entry fee.

Both variants launch in Ducati Red only with no personalisation options at time of writing. On-road prices vary significantly by city: Delhi riders pay approximately Rs 21.12 Lakh for the STD, while Bangalore buyers face closer to Rs 23.42 Lakh due to Karnataka's high road-tax slabs. EMI for the STD starts at roughly Rs 47,000 per month over 36 months at prevailing bank rates. Both variants carry Ducati's standard 2-year unlimited-kilometre warranty. Ducati has confirmed prices will increase by up to 5% from June 1, 2026 - buyers should factor this into their timeline.
