Ducati Panigale V2 Full Specifications & Features
At the heart of the 2025 Ducati Panigale V2 is a brand-new 890cc, 90-degree V-twin - a clean-sheet design shared with the Multistrada V2 and Streetfighter V2. It produces 120 PS at 10,750 rpm and 93.3 Nm of torque at 8,250 rpm. Those numbers are down from the old 955cc Superquadro's 155 PS, but the new motor is significantly lighter, more compact, and crucially it has dropped the Desmodromic valve system for conventional spring valves - meaning valve service intervals now stretch to a generous 45,000 km. For Indian owners who dreaded the cost and complexity of Desmo services, this is a genuine quality-of-life improvement.
The monocoque aluminium frame pairs with a single-sided swingarm. The standard variant runs a fully adjustable Marzocchi 43mm USD fork and fully adjustable Kayaba monoshock - both uncommon at this price point. The Panigale V2 S upgrades to full Öhlins hardware: NIX30 fork and TTX36 monoshock.
Braking hardware is genuinely flagship-grade. Both variants get dual 320mm front discs clamped by Brembo M50 monobloc four-piston calipers - the same stoppers found on far more expensive Italian machinery - paired with a 245mm rear disc. Dual-channel cornering ABS is standard on both.
Electronics are comprehensive. The 6-axis IMU feeds cornering ABS, traction control (DTC), wheelie control (DWC), engine brake control (EBC), slide control (DSC), and a bi-directional quickshifter. Four riding modes - Race, Sport, Road, and Wet - adjust power delivery, electronics intervention, and ABS sensitivity. The 5-inch TFT display connects via Bluetooth with GPS navigation and a USB charging port.
Key dimensions: kerb weight 179 kg (176 kg for S), fuel tank 15 litres, seat height 837 mm, wheelbase 1,465 mm, ground clearance 128 mm. ARAI-certified fuel efficiency is 16.6 kmpl.

In real-world Indian conditions, the 890cc motor's character matters as much as peak numbers. The V-twin fires up with a signature Ducati bellow, pulls strongly from low revs, and makes city riding - yes, even Mumbai traffic - less intimidating than a litre-class superbike. The 837 mm seat height is tall for shorter riders, but the narrow chassis means most can get one foot down comfortably. Service costs should be more predictable now that Desmo complexity is gone, though Ducati authorised workshop labour rates remain premium and parts lead times outside major metros can be slow.
