August 2024: Major Facelift Launched TVS launched the most comprehensive update to the Jupiter in its 11-year history in August 2024. The refresh brought a new 113.3cc CVTI fuel-injected engine replacing the older carburettor unit, revised body panels, new colour options, full LED lighting, and an expanded SmartXonnect connectivity suite. The new engine claims 53.84 kmpl by ARAI - an improvement over the previous generation - and now meets OBD-2B emission norms.
January 2025: TVS Jupiter CNG Concept Unveiled at Auto Expo At the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, TVS unveiled a concept version of the Jupiter running on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG). The Jupiter CNG concept uses a bi-fuel setup allowing riders to switch between petrol and CNG, targeting urban commuters in cities with existing CNG infrastructure. No confirmed launch date has been announced, but an estimated price of around Rs 95,000 is expected. This would make it one of the first 110cc CNG scooters in India.
2025 Price Revisions TVS revised Jupiter prices upward in early 2025 following OBD-2B compliance cost updates across its lineup. The current base price of Rs 73,550 reflects the post-revision pricing. No further price changes are expected before mid-2025.
Upcoming: Jupiter 125 Hybrid Variant TVS is reportedly working on a mild-hybrid variant of the Jupiter 125 that would use a small regenerative assist motor to improve fuel efficiency by an estimated 15-20%. No official confirmation or timeline has been given.

TVS launched two new colour options for the Jupiter 125 - Ivory Matte Copper Bronze and Ivory Elite Green - on May 25, 2026. The SmartXonnect variant was also repriced to Rs 89,060 (up Rs 1,000), while the Drum Alloy and Disc variants saw a Rs 600 increase; prices now start at Rs 78,700.
TVS Jupiter 110 recorded sales of 1,17,383 units in April 2026, a slight dip from 1,24,771 units in March 2026, continuing its position as one of India's top-selling scooters.
TVS revised ex-showroom prices of the Jupiter 110 on February 5, 2026, with hikes ranging from Rs 550 to Rs 1,250 across all five variants; the base Drum moved from Rs 72,650 to Rs 73,400, and the Special Edition from Rs 85,650 to Rs 86,900. TVS attributed the increase to higher production costs with no change in features.
The TVS Jupiter's product roadmap looks active. The CNG variant - if it reaches production - would be a significant first-mover advantage in India's CNG two-wheeler space, especially as more cities expand their CNG pump networks. For buyers considering the current petrol variants, the 2024 facelift is a complete enough update that waiting for a CNG or hybrid version makes sense only if you live in a city with reliable CNG infrastructure.
